Hi Richard I am having problem with LG TV I have tried using other tv, same results as with first tv

Technician's Assistant: What LG model do you have? How old is it?

Cant remember model it must be 5 or 6 years old, 46 inch screen

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

TV menu works, other TV in house different room no problem when I connected to LG system, developed same problem.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your LG? What happened right before this?

Started last night, picture was pictulated, I tried to re tune automatically and everything went haywire

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Not that I can think of.

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
