WordPerfect X8 keeps shutting down in the middle of drafting [especially if I try to insert any language with a merge code]. Is there an update available?

Hello, Sheri -
There was apparently a credit card issue on my account - so I updated the card to a different one. Please assure that you have been paid.
I have decided not to proceed further [this is just too much trouble and time consuming]. I will just hire a WordPerfect certified person local to me, and pay the freight to get my problems solved answered.
