I am Richard Rymer & user of Roboform for many years. Computer failed dead . Am now trying to restore files on new computer. Need access to my existing account. I believe I know my long term PW but any attempt returns with notice that that PW is in use (me, of course). I don't want to open fresh accounts - I have accounts I wish to use - with a new PW.

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I want to use my existing RF account on a new computer.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

Lenovo all in one, running win 10/1703.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Been trying on this computer for several weeks. Gave up trying to fix my old ASUS desktop which failed in December 2017.
