I have a Mac Book Pro OS X Ell Capitan 19.11.6. What versions of Adobe Illustrator will work on my instrument? I want to have the software on a CD

Technician's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

Little I just acquired it recently.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Apple? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I purchased it -used of course- from my computer shop in town. I have owned and used a OS X 10,6.8 but it is near 10 years old (I think) and the Apple dealer in Fort Wayne tells me it has about 2 years of use left.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
