I use Skype every weekend. Last week I had trouble signing in. This week it won't allow me to sign in at all.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?

Mac os sierra 10.12.8

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Apple? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I don't remember when I purchased it but it has been several years. I do not understand what troubleshooting to try. I usually turn it on and it works.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I am trying to contact my daughter in Brussels. They are on a time constraint because of small children. I need to make contact within the next hour
