How do I remove Kaspersky's protected directory

Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

I uninstalled Kaspersky it left the Kaspersky files in place in the Kaspersky lab directory and throughout my registry...I keep Kaspersky up until it conflicted with another program.

That is not my worry. I just want Kaspersky off my computer. When I clicked on any of the subdirectories in the Kaspersky Lab directory they are protected and I can't delete them. There are also some entries that refer to these file in the registry that I can't remove.
