JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP & Windows Office 2016
JA: When did you purchase your HP? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Purchased September 2016 - Not sure how to troubleshoot? I went to the McAfee logo on my home page, but keeps coming up that subscription has expired & need renewing. I have an email to say purchase has been completed. Order Number CS2168630238
