I purchased Windows10 Pro and tried to install it on my desktop computer that currently uses the Windows 7 Professional (with service pack one) Operating System. The error message I get is as follows: "Setup Couldn't start properly. Please reboot your PC and try running Windows10 Startup again". I tried rebooting several times but keep getting this message. I even disabled my virus protection software (ESET Smart Security) and rebooted but got the same error message. My computer is an HP ProDesk 400 G1 MT with 64-bit operating system, Intel Core 3.30 GHZ, and 8.00GB of RAM.
