I am not receiving any aol mail on my phone and have not for weeks. What is the problem? getting on computer

I have a Samsung galaxy 5. An android

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Samsung? What troubleshooting have you tried?

A few years ago. I am old and this technology is hard for me so I have not tried any troubleshooting. I was hoping it would just come back up.
