Well I ordered two programs. one was a download and the other was to be mailed. I can not find the down loaded one on my computer

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

It is Lenovo and just had it all re loaded. windows 10

No
