I have just renewed my license and ordered the back up disc , paid $ 109 AUD , received activation code but your program will not accept it shows not valid for this application ,need help as computer now not fully protected , money as been paid from my account please help , thank you .

Not sofar ,tried support section but unable to find a link .

Only Kaspersky ones I do this daily .

Hi Chris I renewed it on line and received the activation code as an e-mail each time I try to enter the code the system will not accept it comes up as not applicable to this application , really need help as computer now not fully protected .

I realise that you are a business man but after buying your product in good faith I think its a bit rich to be asked to pay for it to be fixed , I have been using Kaspersky for years and have never had any problems with renewals till now .
