HI ! I have 2 laptops with Kaspersky anti virus. Last week I installed a new version on this machine and since then I can't use Adobe Flash Player. The statement is: unblock Adobe FLash player
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: A little
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, just deleted Norton and installed kaspersky. That is working on the other laptop
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I did try a tech Support but they just went around in circles and then wanted $ 200 US to continue not happening
