I would like to cancel my McAfee service. I now have another antivirus installed, but I was charged yesterday for the mcaffee service. How do I go about doing that?

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Yes. I had the Geek Squad do a thorough clean and update last week. They installed webroot on all of my computers. I had McAfee on my laptop.
