My PowerPoint has lost...

My PowerPoint has lost its Format and Crop options. I had been working along for several days then one day the crop option just wasn't there and then yesterday I couldn't find Format. I'm using Office 2016.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer do you have?

I have a Dell running OS 10

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

A Windows update was installed, without my knowledge or permission, last week.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
