I'm sorry about the issue, What internet browser are you using please (Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome)? also Are you sure you're logged in to the account for which you have a valid subscription?
Please try the following steps and let me know the results :
1-Download firefox browser from : www.firefox.com then install it
3-Open Firefox browser and type : www.adblock.org to install adblock plugin
2-Now Open www.pogo.com and login to your account
