I rented Adobe Animate about 6 months ago. I just now started to use it for a project; too frustrating. Nothing works the way my Adobe Flash 6 program did. I'm trying to install that program right now.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: What machine? I'm using my iMac desktop.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not since installing the Animate 2017.
