I am a subscriber to adobe. i hate it every time i go to use it it asks me for a subscription and fails to recognise that i am a subscriber
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: I have an Apple IPad and an IPhone and I am trying to convert a word document to a PDF sign it and Email it back to sender
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
