My Microsoft games were malfunctioning and I deleted them.

Customer Question

My Microsoft games were malfunctioning and I deleted them. Now I can't reload since "I own them."
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Laptop (HP Notebook) Microsoft
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. As I said, my only problem was with the Microsoft games which malfunctioned and I deleted them, but now can't reload.
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. (I won't delete games again!)
