JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell P69G
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: was wanting to upgrade my hootsuite account. Was't working. their tech said to try doing it in another browser. I opened Firefox. It didn't work either. and now I have Yahoo opening and not google chrome.
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
