I cannot get into my Kaspersky. It tells me I have 20 days

I cannot get into my Kaspersky. It tells me I have 20 days until it expires; but, will not let me in. I have a code from the service I purchased that includes internet security and I cannot find a way to input it. Please help
JA: Which Kaspersky product do you have?
Customer: Not sure. I purchased my computer from Best Buy and the Kaspersky there.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Kaspersky software?
Customer: I tried to get into Kaspersky to check my credit union account for the end of the month and it will not allow me in. It tells me my Kaspersky expires in 20 days. Why will it not let me in for 18-19 more days anyway?
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes it will not print. I have a new printer that I purchased at Best Buy and I am unable to print some things.
