When we as Verizon email customers switched over to AOL earlier this year I have been able to use my email [*****@******.***]. However, my wife's email address [*****@******.***] is not being recognized by AOL. We tried to use her password ***** that did not work. So we made a new password ***** we were directed to opening a new account at an extra cost. Please help. Thanks.
