hello, we lost our case with our serial number and do not have access to adobe and really need it for the purposes of printing... how do we go about getting this up and going??
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Compaq model CQ3030AN

Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no nothing else just want this up and running so we can use our printer as the printer wont let us print its saying that adobe needs to firstly be activated.... thankyou so much for you help...we appreciate it
