I'm trying to reset my password ***** video and it's not working. . .
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: about 2 months ago
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

Customer: No I'd just like to order movies and I'm not able to get to them because it keeps saying wrong password, then try to reset and can't get to where I need to do that. . .
