Yesterday BenP. updated my MicroOffice to fix my problem of blocked senders not being blocked and going to spam. This morning when I opened my email......all the blocked senders were in the inbox again....nothing went to spam.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Cox.net
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: BenP. was supposed to be taking care of that yesterday and "yes" last year Microsoft informed me they would no longer support the one I was currently using and Geeksquad installed a new one.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just the same problem I was having yesterday and that was supposedly fixed....we even watched as several incoming spam miessages went to spam. This morning all were in my inbox.
