From your video, it looks like you either have an issue with your mouse/trackpad, a stuck key on the keyboard, or possibly a touchscreen issue (if you have one).
is the mouse also wireless?
ok. If you turn off the keyboard does the problem persist? Also, have you recently changed batteries in the keyboard? If not, I would try that first.
when batteries get weak in wireless devices, it can cause exactly the type of problem you are having.
Do you have a touchscreen monitor?
Do you mean none are touchscreen or all 4 are touchscreen?
Also to clarify, you currently have a wired usb keyboard plugged in and removed the wireless transceiver for the keyboard... correct?
Would I be able to remotely connect to your computer to diagnose this further?
Note that there may be an additional cost for this. I don't handle the billing side of things.
ok. one moment please.
I don't seem to be able to initiate the remote support request from my side. You should see an option to do so on your screen though.
possibly a popup blocker?
Do you see a button about premium service or secure remote support in the chat area?
Ok. I see it now. One minute while I get the support link for you.
