From your video, it looks like you either have an issue with your mouse/trackpad, a stuck key on the keyboard, or possibly a touchscreen issue (if you have one).

ok. If you turn off the keyboard does the problem persist? Also, have you recently changed batteries in the keyboard? If not, I would try that first.

when batteries get weak in wireless devices, it can cause exactly the type of problem you are having.
