I have tried to install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader ... and when I click INSTALL I get a screen that reads "Please click close application and then Retry. I have an old version of adobe Reader Installed (2014).
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I have had MACS for many years but I would classify myself as a computer novice.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not successfully
