I bought a new computer, and in the set up caused my nwife a problem
JA: What device or product does this involve?
Customer: hp all in one
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your All-in-One?
Customer: windows 10
JA: How long has this been going on with your All-in-One? What have you tried so far?
Customer: in the set up, I entered my e mail account and user name. then it asked for another e mail address, and i put in my wife's e mail address. I was sent an e mail asking is this your account. I did not respond righy away. when i brought my computer up today it had my wife's e mail name. when i verified my e mail address, it changed it to mine. but now, my wife tried to use her computer, and it says "the user profile service failed the logon. user profile cannot be loadad.
