I have memory problems and have tried all my passwords and nothing works.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: a little over a week ago I think.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just want my password ***** I can get on the computer. I think it has my first name and the name Khol in it but can't remember.
