I want to remove some sensitive files which were inadvertently uploaded at the web. How can i remove it
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: Samsung Android phone
JA: When did you purchase your Samsung? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The document is in secure file with password ***** i was told that it can be seen in the internet when you search for it. I tried to follow what google has suggested but it still comes out when you type it in the search engine

It was a file in my polaris drive which was unknowingly and inadvertly shared. It was not for public consumprion

Hi Josh we found out that the uploaded file did not come from my phone . It was an attachment of an email which was sent by a group member to some of us. If that is the case can you still assist us
