Have desktop and laptop with different logon passwords. Desktop is not recognizing the password, apparently after an overnight update and automatic logoff.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: Doesn't that have to be from the desktop?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: An automatic one must have been done several nights ago. I do not logoff either
