I have a refurbished computer I am using and is having trouble updating and installing the latest version of Adobe Reader. It keeps asking me for the Administrator;s password ***** which I would like to reset.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I am very familiar with a Samsung PC.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes and I keep getting the pop-up with Adobe Reader to enter the Administrative password ***** which I do not know and would like to create my own.
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No this is the main issue, I really do need Adobe Reader more than any other.
