I need to change my password. I just paid my internet and looked in Dishnetwork and it is stating that i have used my internet. I dont use it that offen. I have tried changing my password ***** it states that is not my current password. Can you help me please.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I have never reset it. Thats what i dont understand
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I dont think so. I was hack on this computer. Took it back to Bestbuy where i brought it. They inputed a virus protection in it.
