Funds have been taken from my checking account from Kaspersky without my authorization.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I contacted my bank and they told me it was Kaspersky
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I renew it each year manually I never authorized automatic with drawls from my account
