I've received notice re updater problems. I'm sure it is due to my changing passwords and server. I didn't notify you. My new password ********@******.***. I am no longer with syix.com. How do I fix this?

JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I don't know

Sign in using your old email address and password.

I tried and couldn't sign in using my old email. I tried both old passwords. I don't know how many charges I wracked up and still don't know if there is something further I need to do.
