Hi and Happy new year 2017. before 1-2weeks I had a problem with my P/C and It causes me to lose my Microsoft program from the computer because it was storage in the SSD drive witch destroyed. and in my trying to fix the problem I did a restore for a date before the date I bought the software, what I can do now Please I need your help
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: it is a PC and I need to see what the operating system I don't know it
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: windows 10 Pro, I didn't do that the computer did automatically update
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
