For the last four days I have been subjected to a very tiresome routine, that of changing passwords continuously,it does not matter which website I attempt to engage. Why would this situation take place? HOw may I go back to being a regular customer without all the password ***** Please help me to maintain my sanity
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: This PM. I had to reset ithe for outlook and gmail.com
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The most recent installation was SCN Guard.

Customer: The passswrds do not last 24 hours because, unlike previous behavior, demadnfor reset is immediate.
