My welcome screen will not load properly and shows no info

Jason,good afternoon.
my welcome screen will not load properly and shows no info that usually loads when the welcome screen comes on.I had a tech support group for 6 hours on saturday and they could not fix the problem. If I try to refresh the page,all I get is a blank page.
Can you help?
