JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I gave my original email which was/is***@******.***
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Well as I explained before , some thing happened & I lost my task bar apps plus the desktop apps. I went into recovery which I recovered most but no just informs me that nothing is connected. I have had my speakers checked - OK they also work on my surface tablet. I have put all other personal details in. My name is***** 7 have been with you for 6 years
