can' remember password, security question answers rejected, very frustrated. I did get in using a code, but was booted out when I tried to open an attachment. What now?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: It reports Dec. 16. My notes are in GRR; I am in Florida
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Not deliberately. I stay away from that!
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: All I want is to access the email; maybe a search or two on the web
