JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: M32 win 8.1 upgraded to 10 and upgraded to the latest version of 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes and tried to restore, also tried to do the F9 and go back to win 8.1 now it shows a screen to go to 10 chapter 5 and won't do anything. I am talking to you on a different computer now.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Sorry it was not completely clear the issue you are having.

Is the problem you are getting a blue screen now on the computer with an error code?

Or you cannot get back to windows 8.1 on the computer?
