I have just purchased adobe acrobat pro...I'm trying to add a "bookmark" to a PDF a friend created in adobe. I have downloaded the doc and when I open it in Pro the is no "bookmark" icon on the left side where the attachment and thumbnail tool are, which I thought was where it was suppose to appear...ideas?

Bookmarks might be set to "hidden"

Go into View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Bookmarks

The button should appear now. Do you see it?
