I have reason to think I have been hacked on facebook. I've been told to change my password, but I don't know where to go to do that. Can you help me?

Customer: This morning.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I don't know what you mean by updates...
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I've been getting messages that several of my friends have been asked (by me) to friend them when they are already friends.
