Hi I have purchased a $59.95 virus protection from Kaspersky. They sent me an email saying it's ready to use. But the activation codes don't stack up. My email address is***@******.*** can you assist please.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Windows live mail for emails, Google as my search engine.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
