Just received Google Home for Christmas and I am trying to set up. Think I installed Google Home on my cellphone (says it's installed) but when it tried to activate my password ***** showed just dots it then said it couldn't connect - don't know what to do now ? ? ? The Home Google Icon shows up on my cellphone and know when I go to try and hear the sound I don't hear anything - before I did ? ? ? Please help Cheryl

Customer: The device still says I need to install Goggle Home ? ? ?

Customer: What confuses me is that it is installed on my cellphone but the Home Goggle says it is not installed?
