My computer has a virus. I am using Kaspersky total security. It is playing havic with my computer. I am wandering if someone could remotely have a look at my computer
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Make is Accer, using windows 10. It says that the Kaspersky program is not working tup to its potential
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Check at least once a day for updates.

Customer: I am getting messages about errors. The person who hacked the computer did a good number on it. He tried to get into some programs.
