I believe this is a driver problem. Click on your start icon then go to Settings, then System, then About and tell me when you are there please.

Okay good. Go to this LINK and download the Intel Video Driver for 64-bit Windows. Install that and let me know what happens.

I indicated both the f keys and display plan settings won't work. Is there another war to adj. Brigtmess. When I click on battery , it it shows a box for the brightness as well. I can click on that and it goes up and down but does not change the brightness. The F keys also go up and down but don't change the brightness

No. I've lost the connection when I restarted. I will wait and contact our computer person. Tomortow. He can aces and it wont cost me $80. I just thought I could get it quicker if I use this. I've used this Website before and was happy, but I don't want to spend the extra money for answer when I know I can get it probably fixed tomorrow.. I was just impatient
