I cannot extract to the file you set up
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: lap top Tosheba
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Just bought it and it will not accept the folder
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't run the program after downloading . A problem occurs while creating the destination folder . choose a different folder and that does not work
