All user accounts are not the SAME on a windows computer.

YOu must be an Administrator account to make any changes to OTHER accounts.

There are just standard user accounts, and those cant make changes to other accounts.

You cant create or delete or recover other accounts from a standard account.

So you MUST be logged in as an ADMINISTRATOR account.

I can check all of this for you, and possibly recover the account.

But I need access to the machine, through remote session.

I cant guve you the instructions.....thers too many variables.
