Customer Question

I can enter the correct Acrobat S/N. I have many of them. I did text with one of your technicians and he informed me the S/N i quoted was for Pro 9 and that I should reinstall it. I tried that but first it had to uninstall the Pro 9 that was already installed. Then when it tried to install the new Acrobat Pro 9 it stopped because I had a latter version of Acrobat on my computer. I still am unable to use Acrobat. I can open Acrobat DC but can write a file to PDF format. I really need help
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: About 5 years
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes a number of updates. Please take over my computer and get me a Acrobat, preferably the latest I've paid for. I have now been on this for 3 hours trying to get it fixed
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The S/N I gave the chat tech was Pro 9 but after the new downloaded program uninstalled the Pro 9 that was on my computer it wouldn't reinstall it because I have a latter version already on my computer.
