I am having trouble with read only documents, that are not aligned correctly for me to print off. The margin is way off.
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: just from Norton anti virus, but actually the email problem has been going on for about 3 years. I have windows 7 business. I am not very tech oriented.
